Our Approach


1. Order

We work together with our clients on the basis of exclusive fixed mandates. As soon as the assignment is placed, a schedule for strict and systematic project management is developed, which is tailored to the client’s requirements and general conditions.

2. Briefing/Job Description

In confidential meetings with the client's responsible contact persons, we gain a comprehensive picture of the company and its environment. This includes researching the market, market position, corporate identity and competitors. This results in a precise requirement profile of the position to be filled as well as the professional and personal competencies of the ideal candidate. On the basis of this information, we prepare a detailed job description.

3. Research/Selection

We have a qualitative network that has grown steadily over the last 30 years. The resulting close contacts to decision-makers and top executives from a wide range of industries enable our research team to identify and approach the ideal candidates. Since we work exclusively by means of direct search, we primarily address highly qualified candidates who are not actively searching.

4. Personal Interviews with Candidates

In an initial telephone conversation, our consultants and candidates discuss the general tasks and requirements of the opening as well as the company. In an additional personal meeting where we serve as a neutral moderator, each candidate can talk impartially about his or her professional wishes, work priorities and strengths and expect open feedback. The required professional and personal competencies of the candidates are analysed in order to assess their suitability for the new working environment. In addition, each candidate receives a detailed briefing with comprehensive information on the company and position.

5. Creation of Detailed Candidate Profiles

After the candidate interviews, we prepare detailed reports on suitable and interested candidates. In addition to this, we create individually tailored questionnaires on the core competencies essential for the position. These serve the client as the basis for the interview with the respective candidate.

6. Presentation at the Client’s Company

Quality over quantity. We only present the best candidates to the client. We participate in the interviews between the candidate and the client in a moderating capacity. This neutral role enables us to make the interview process productive both for the candidates and the client.

7. Client's Decision

We accompany the client's decision-making process and, if necessary, obtain further references from the candidates. In cases to be agreed separately, we coach the hired candidate during the probationary period and ensure the sustained success of the appointment.
